Dear SMCM Community, Wominjeka!

Term 3 ends tomorrow. As we come to the end of another great term of learning and playing together it is great to reflect on the highlights. Thank you for supporting our school events, thank you for supporting your child’s learning and wellbeing and thank you for continuing to communicate with us so we can work together in partnership to meet the needs of our students.

Our Celebration of Learning last night was a great opportunity for students to share their learning. It was wonderful to see so many families in attendance and how confidently the students spoke about their term highlights, learning progress and future goals. 

We look forward to our Sports Colours Day tomorrow as we celebrate  a term of the Olympic and Paralympic success and prepare for footy finals!

Claire will return from her conference at the beginning of Term 4 and we look forward to sharing her learning and reflection following her Pilgrimage in the footsteps of St Francis and St Clare in Rome and Assisi. Thank you for your support during her time away.

I wish all members of the SMCM community a safe and happy school holidays. Enjoy the Spring weather and break from routine.
