Men’s Breakfast
It’s on again! Good Shepherd Church is hosting a Men's breakfast this Saturday, 31st August beginning at 8am in the church hall. Come along for fellowship with other blokes, and hear Guest speaker Brian Hueppauff (Chairman, Limestone Coast Prostate Cancer Support Group), talk on Men's Health. Enter through the church doors facing Montague Road. For more information, ask or email Georgie or contact the church office on 8263 5087.
Stage 1 Playground Catch-up
All families invited!
Dear Stage 1 Families,
All stage 1 families are invited to attend a Saturday afternoon catch up to connect with other families.
Date: Saturday 24th August
Location: Paddocks Reserve Playground, Maxwell Rd, Para Hills West
Time: 230pm
(If the weather is stormy / really wintery, we will re-locate to the undercover playground at TTP, right outside Café Primo)
Along with the playground, there is pond /creek bed to play in too. There is also a toilet available. Please remember that your children remain under your care for the duration of our gathering.

Coffee and Connect
How has your week been? Any highs or lows?
If you have a few minutes (or a lot of minutes) and you feel like meeting some people or reuniting with old friends, you are most welcome to pop into the Church Café tomorrow morning (Friday) 8.30-10.00 am and share some tea/coffee and conversation!
Why not invite someone along this week? You never know how you might change someone’s day (for the better) just by turning up and having a chat!
Please enter via the courtyard. Toddlers are welcome (there is a small playground for them to play in; we just ask that you keep an eye on them for safety reasons).

Sunday’s service theme had us thinking of others! We sorted through items collected for Lutheran Care, we cleaned stamps and made cards for people in Uganda... We are now looking forward to our next gathering in September. Pop it in your diaries now! Rachel and Georgie
