NUMERACY

WOW! WHAT A YEAR!

What a year it has been in mathematics at Holy Name this year. 

We have had many new and continuing initiatives throughout the school from our first Maths Week and Dress Up Day to the Maths Explorer program starting in Grades 3 and 4, through to the Maths Explorer Program continuing to extend our children in the Upper Years. 

A huge thank you to all of the parents and carers who helped out in any way this year, from creating a maths costume to helping with counting goals. You really do make a big difference in your child's education. 

MATHS OLYMPIAD

Congratulations to all of the students who participated in the Maths Olympiad this year. They should be very proud of their achievements. 

A special congratulations to Ryan in Year 3, who was the school's top scorer in Olympiad and finished in the Top 25% of Australia.
