Melbourne Royal Show 2023
Congratulations to the Brighton Primary School artists who took out a variety of awards at this year's Melbourne Royal Show:
- Kasia Franek: third prize, Soft Toy Grade 5-6
- Dakota Kundevska: third prize, Junior Collage Grade 5-6
- Henry Reiser: third prize, Junior Drawing Grade 5-6
- Alexander Sorokin: very highly commended, Junior Painting Grade Prep-2
- Miss Narelle (Visual Arts Teacher): first prize, Novice Creative Challenge "Taking Care of Business" (re-purpose a business shirt)
- Miss Narelle (Visual Arts Teacher): second prize, Artist Book
- Miss Narelle (Visual Arts Teacher): second prize, Novice Creative Challenge "Totes Amazing" (tote bag)
- Miss Narelle (Visual Arts Teacher): third prize, Printmaking - Relief Printing
2023 Grand Annual Horsham Show
Congratulations to the Brighton Primary School prizewinners who submitted their artwork to the Horsham Show:

Zart Art Student Art Prize: Postcard Design
Australian students are invited to create and send in an A6-sized (105mm x 148.5mm) artwork of their own chosen topic or theme.
The Student Art Prize Judges will select the winning artworks based on the strength of these criteria:
- Use of materials and aesthetic qualities
- Artistic concept and ideas
- Originality in design
