Congratulations Regional Lawn Bowls:

A big congratulations to all our bowlers who attended the Regional Bowls competition on Tuesday. It was absolutely wonderful to see Buninyong out in such numbers (including a significant number of our Buninyong Bowls Club coaches).

Both the Black and White teams played tremendously well against a tough field. Each and every game was super close and the many practises we had showed. A special well done to the Black team who won in a nail-biting grand final and will progress through to State on 29 October, 2025. More information will be sent through to those families soon.

Thank you and well done also to our Red team who came along for the whole day and were amazing supporters and assistants to our two other teams. Watching the event whilst wanting to take part but still being super supportive and positive to those who were playing must have been hard but they all did this wonderfully and are to be congratulated!

A huge thank you to our Bowls Club members who have given so much of their time and expertise to our students and enabled them to participate as well as they have. We have such a genuine and ongoing relationship with the Buninyong Bowls Club and appreciate everything they do for our students.

Thank you to April and Chantal who gave up their day to be our team managers and to all the many spectators that popped in at various points throughout the day to cheer us on. We are so lucky to have such a terrific community!

Good luck Division Athletics Team:

This Thursday, 37 of our students will take part in the Division Athletics competition at Llanberris Athletics Track. Wishing all our athletes the best of luck and we look forward to hearing how you all go.

A reminder that there will be a team meeting at lunchtime on Wednesday.

Good luck afterschool netballers:

Good luck to our Grade 3/4 team in their final night of competition on Tuesday. They finish off a terrific season with a round robin. Good luck also to our Grade 5/6 team who are playing off in the semi-finals.

What to bring to P.E.:

Just a reminder for all students to bring with them their P.E. shoes, drink bottle (and hats in Term 1+4) to their P.E. classes. A different pair of sports shoes need to be brought to P.E. as per the uniform policy. This allows us to keep safe, look after our gym and make the most of our lessons together. Thanks to everyone who continues to remember these.
