BEPS Shines at Division Athletics

On Wednesday, 8th October, 20 dedicated BEPS athletes showcased their talent and determination at the Division Athletics Competition. Blessed with wonderful weather and excellent conditions, the day was a true celebration of sport and school spirit.

Just qualifying to compete at this level is a magnificent achievement, and every student left the event proud of their efforts in their respective events. Their commitment and perseverance were evident throughout the day, making all of BEPS proud.

A special congratulations to three outstanding BEPS athletes who earned top honours by placing 1st or 2nd in their events. They have proudly secured invitations to represent our school at the Eastern Metropolitan Regional Athletics Carnival on Thursday, 23rd October.

• Venya  — 1st place in the 200m sprint
• Advay  — 2nd place in the 1500m race

• Melody — 2nd place in the high jump

   

We also extend a special mention to Isabella, who placed a commendable 3rd in her 800m race, narrowly missing out on advancing to the next stage.

We wish all our qualifiers the very best as they prepare for the upcoming Regional Carnival. Well done to all our athletes for their hard work, sportsmanship and dedication. BEPS is proud of each and every one of you!
