TheirCare – 2025 Outside School Hours Care
As we look forward to TheirCare taking over our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) on January 13th 2025, we wanted as many families as possible to meet some of the friendly faces running TheirCare, and find out as much as possible about the services, to ensure s smooth transition.

Kinder Info Night
It was wonderful to see so many of our 2025 3 and 4 year old Kinder parents at our Kindergarten Information Night on Tuesday evening. Thank you to everyone who made the effort to attend, and to our wonderful Kinder staff for organising and running the information sessions.
Whole School Transition Sessions
Can you believe we are halfway through Term 4 already?! Tomorrow begins our Term 4 Transition Program – Stepping Up!
While our 2025 Foundation students spend their first hour in primary school, all of our other Foundation – Year 6 students will be spending time in their 2025 year levels. As 2025 classes haven’t yet been finalised, students will spend time in various mixed groups and activities over the first three transition sessions, providing students time to get to know everyone in their 2025 year level.
Whole school transition sessions will take place from 10-11am over the next three Fridays and then students will spend all day in their 2025 classes on Tuesday 10th December.
School Saving Bonus
Parent and carer School Saving Bonus code distribution
The Victorian Government is delivering the School Saving Bonus – a one-off $400 support for government school students from Prep to Year 12 in 2025.
From Tuesday 26 November 2024, you will receive an email from the Department of Education with your unique $400 School Saving Bonus code.
The School Saving Bonus will help families cover the cost of uniforms, textbooks, excursions, activities and more.
If you have multiple children enrolled in Victorian government schools for 2025, you will receive one School Saving Bonus code email per child. These emails might arrive on different days. Please make sure to check your spam/junk email folder.
Parents and carers can use the School Saving Bonus code in store at school-nominated suppliers. Parents and carers can also choose to access the School Saving Bonus online system, where they can allocate part or all the $400 bonus to use at school nominated-online suppliers or for school activities. To learn more about the School Saving Bonus, visit School Saving Bonus | vic.gov.au.A step-by-step user guide will be available on the webpage on 26 November.

FOUNDATION 2025 Transition
We are very excited to welcome our 2025 Prep students into school for Transition Sessions this year. During these Transition sessions, we will be offering parent information sessions and morning tea in our Community Room. A schedule of these Parent Information Sessions will be distributed to all enrolled families next week.
2025 Prep Information Night - Thursday 28th November, 5.30pm-6.30pm
We will also hold a 2025 Prep Information Night on Thursday 28th November, 5.30pm-6.30pm. We look forward to meeting with as many of our 2025 Prep parents as possible at this event. Tea/Coffee/Biscuits will be provided.
