Interested in science, problem-solving and crime investigation?
Many students are familiar with crime shows like CSI, but real careers in forensic science are far more diverse than what we see on TV. Forensic science combines areas such as biology, chemistry and psychology to help experts understand what happened at a crime scene, who may have been involved and why.
In reality, solving crimes is a team effort involving many different specialists. Careers in this field can include crime scene investigators, forensic psychologists, forensic accountants, forensic nurses, forensic anthropologists and many more. These professionals work together to analyse evidence, interpret data and support the justice system.
