Grade 3/4 News
It has been a wonderful start to the new school year in Grade 3/4. It has been lovely to see so many happy returning students, as well as new faces joining our classrooms this year.
We began the year with our Start-Up Program, which gives students extra time to settle in. During this time, students have had the opportunity to get to know their teacher(s) and classmates on a deeper level, become familiar with their new learning spaces, learn classroom routines and expectations, and ease confidently into the school year.
Students have also enjoyed some exciting activities already. We loved our first tennis session with Coach Milo, and our energetic Dance Kinect sessions have been a big hit. The students are very excited to show off their new dance moves at our Welcome Morning on Friday. Families are also warmly invited to visit your child’s classroom and meet their teacher during the Welcome Morning on Friday 20th Feb. There will be a coffee van available to purchase hot drinks.
Clubs will begin next week, and we are really looking forward to this opportunity for students to explore new interests and connect with others across the school.
We are looking forward to a fantastic year of learning, growth, and fun in Grade 3/4.
