Wednesday Assessment Interviews

WEDNESDAY INTERVIEWS

Currently while the Preps have their Wednesdays off, students will be coming in for 1-on-1 interviews with their classroom teachers. This 50 minute time slot allows teachers to get to know the student both as a learner and an individual. It's a fantastic opportunity to see students outside of the full classroom context and allows students to build their connection with their teacher. 

During this session, students will be demonstrating their knowledge of sounds and words, numbers and counting. 

This early 1-on-1 time with students is incredibly valuable for teachers, as it informs our learning programs and provides us with an insight in how we can best support the students' learning and development, both as a class and individuals.
