Their Care

We would like to say a big welcome back to all our amazing children and families here at St Fidelis. We hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and new year with their families as well as a restful but fun summer break. We are so excited for the year ahead and cannot wait to see what is in store for us!

This week, the children participated in ‘kindness week’. The children participated in different activities that explored ways in which we can all exercise kindness in our everyday lives, amongst our peers and in the community. Some of the kindness-themed activities that the children explored were making friendship/kindness cards, I can ‘BEE’ kind by craft activity, and making a kindness jar! These activities were extremely enjoyable, and the children had lots of great answers and ideas as to how we can practice kindness every day! In the gym, the children alternated playing lots of different group games such as ninja, run if octopus, night at the museum, and basketball knockout! 

Friendly reminders:

• Please ensure that parents are walking children to the door and are signing children both in and out of before and after school care 😊

• Children need to bring their hats to after-school care. Please ensure either their school hat or a spare hat from home is packed in their bag 😊

• Medical reminders are currently being sent out. Please ensure that medication is up to date and provided to educators prior to child attending service 😊
