Principal's Message

Mrs Kylie Bryant - Principal

As we come to the close of Term 3, I want to take a moment to reflect on the many achievements and memorable moments our school community has experienced this term.

This term, our students have continued to impress me with their dedication and enthusiasm for learning. From strong results in the recent assessments including Check-In to exceptional participation in extracurricular activities through band, sport, public speaking, dance and choir, it is clear that our students are striving to reach their full potential. Special congratulations to our sporting super stars Iliana, Leo and Jude who represented Roselea at the Sydney North Athletics Championships and Owen who made the State Skiing Championships.

Our teaching staff have worked tirelessly to provide engaging and meaningful learning experiences both inside and outside of the classroom this term. Book Week to Science Day, from our Athletics Carnival to the Farm and Stage 3 camp the school has been a hype of extra curricular activities and rich learning experiences. These opportunities not only enrich our curriculum but also foster a love of learning and curiosity among our students.

Thank you to all the parents and carers who have supported our school events and initiatives. Your involvement is crucial in creating a positive and supportive environment for our children. We have seen so many parents and family members join us for Education Week, Book Parade, Athletics Carnival, Festival of the Bands, Kindergarten Information Night, Science Day, Debating and Public Speaking finals, Father’s Day stall and the P&C disco. It is wonderful to have so many opportunities for our community to connect and for parents to be involved. Special thank you to those community members who have volunteered their time for these events, we could not run them without you!

As we look forward to Term 4, we are excited about the upcoming events and programs planned, including the Stage 1 and 2 excursions and all the end of year highlights for not only Year 6 but our wider school community. The term will fly by and before we know it Christmas will be upon us and the year will be coming to an end. As we begin planning for next year please let us know if you and your family are not planning to return to Roselea in 2026.

Thank you once again for your ongoing support and partnership. I wish you all a restful, safe and enjoyable break, and I look forward to seeing everyone refreshed and ready for the final term of 2025 on Tuesday 14 October.
