Year 4 Cluster News

All students attending St Louis de Montfort's Aspendale have the right to feel safe. The care, safety and wellbeing of children and young people is a fundamental responsibility of all within our school.

Year 4 2025 Mill Valley Camp

Dear Parents,

We are looking forward to our up-coming camp to Mill Valley, Wednesday 5th November - Friday 7th November. On the morning of camp, students will be required to arrive at normal time, 8:35am and drop their bags off at the hall.

Parents say goodbye to their children at this point, as students need to meet their classroom teachers in their rooms. Our departure time is 9.30am. If you are wanting to wave us off, we ask that you please wait at the front gate.

Students require a small backpack to travel on the bus and this needs to include a drink bottle, snack and lunch for the first day. The camp will not be providing lunch on the first morning.

Under no circumstances are students bringing lollies, gum, phones, ipads, electronic devices, smart watches and/or aerosol cans.

There may be an opportunity for the students to watch a movie, which may include watching a PG movie. We will be horse riding, canoeing and participating in a fair amount of physical activities. Please ensure you have taken note of the packing list and helped your child pack appropriately for our activities.

Please note that ANY medication requires you to fill out a medication form. This includes panadol, melatonin and any prescription medication. Please bring the medication form and medication on the day of school camp and not prior in a zip lock bag labelled with your child’s name and class .

We look forward to a fun experience with your children!

Sincerely,

The Year 4 teachers.
