From the Leadership Team

It’s the end of Term 3 and, like the third quarter of a football game, it could be considered the premiership quarter. Term 3 is often a time for consolidating prior learning while also preparing for the final push toward the end of the year, with final assessments and exams on the horizon.

Time away from school over the break provides a wonderful opportunity to pause and reflect. I encourage all students to take time to honestly consider how their year has gone so far and to think about what steps they can take to keep growing and improving.

For our Year 12s, these final weeks are especially important. Experience shows us that with focused effort and attention to detail, students can make significant progress toward their final exam results and external assessments. Every bit of effort in this last stretch can make a meaningful difference.

Endeavour is an incredibly busy place, full of opportunities that extend well beyond the classroom. When I pause and reflect on the term, I am reminded of the many ways our students have been able to explore their passions and challenge themselves.

Whether through SACSA sports carnivals, weekend community sport, weekly debating, music events such as Centre Stage, the Senior Drama production, or the Pedal Prix 24-hour race. Term 3 has been truly action-packed and filled with moments to celebrate.

As we look ahead to Term 4, may our students continue to give their very best in all areas of life, both academically and personally.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” – Colossians 3:23

My prayer is that each student finds joy in their efforts and purpose in their pursuits, knowing that every step they take is an opportunity to grow, serve, and honour God.
