Learning in Prep!

What an exciting week it has been for our Preps! As part of our Integrated topic Community Helpers, we had a special visit from the local firefighters. The students learned all about fire safety, what to do in case of a fire, and what a firefighter looks like when dressed in their protective gear. The children were so engaged and asked some fantastic questions!

We’re even more excited for next week when the firefighters return, this time bringing along their fire truck for us to explore! What a wonderful way to learn about the important roles people play in keeping our community safe.

The Preps will also get to meet police officers, paramedics and first aid officers this term!
