Mazenod/Avila School Production

This High School Musical by Avila and Mazenod was truly exceptional! My thoughts were that in part 1 the singing wasn’t the best but the acting and dancing were great! I especially loved the fact how they were all doing their parts really well and how the transitions went so smoothly. In part 2 the story took a twist and it made the show a huge cliffhanger, but the show came back to a happy ending for everyone. My favourite actor and singer was the girl who played Taylor, she was acting really well!  I would recommend this because it was just such an amazing show to watch.

On Wednesday 23rd of July the grade fours and fives  attended, ‘High School Musical’. When they first walked into the Alexander Theatre we were amazed by the set up and all colourful advertisements. The musical was mostly about a boy called Troy and a girl called Gabriella, they both went on a singing journey to attend a live performance. After half of the musical, we went outside to sit by the sun and talk about our favourite parts of the musical. After eating our lunches we went back to our seats in the theatre and enjoyed the second half of the musical. What an amazing experience! Thank you so much Avila and Mazenod for inviting us, you were great!

On the 23 of July the year 4s and 5s were invited to watch the high school musical performed by Avila and Mazenod. On the day everyone was bursting with excitement, especially me. When we arrived at the performance they gave us booklets with all the names of the people that were in the show. When the show started I was so excited because I had never watched the High School Musical. After an hour or so  we got to have a snack and lunch while the actresses changed. Then it was time to see the other half on this spectacular show. The show was so interesting. When it finished I was so happy that I was able to watch something as good as The Avila and Mazenod high school musicals. After we got out of our seats, the actress’ and actors signed our booklets. When we came back to school I wished we could do it again.
