Athletics Carnival 2025 -Wrap Up!

What a fabulous day we had on Friday at our annual athletics carnival. It was lovely to see the smiling faces of our students participating across multiple track and field events with many parents their to watch and enjoy the day as well. I would like to thank our parent volunteers for their assistance in the running of our carnival as well as our marvelous PT&F for the running of a very successful canteen. Thank you also to all those parents who baked yummy treats for our morning tea.

Armidale Catholic Schools Diocesan Athletics Carnival - 2025

The diocesan athletics carnival will be held in Tamworth on Thursday the 7th of August (week 3, term 3). Students turning 8-12yrs this year are eligible for selection in track and field events for this carnival. Qualification standards must be met in field events, whilst places are used for selection in track events. I am currently working through results from Friday and will inform parents and students of the events they have qualified in as soon as possible. 

Term 2 Sport

Students have begun their basketball sessions and have already gained new ball handling skills. These sessions will continue until week 9. 

Term 2 Sport Dates

Armidale Catholic Schools Diocesan Athletics Carnival - will be held at Tamworth Sporting Complex on Thursday the 7th of August (Week 3, Term 3).
