If you have any changes in your contact details, please let the school know by emailing Student Services at APHS.StudentReception762@schools.sa.edu.au
Please include the students full name, as well as your own so we can make the change and keep you up to date with information.
Lost property
There is always plenty of lost property at the Student Services office. If your child has lost a lunch box, jumper, headphones, jewellery, drink bottle etc, please send them to Student Services, hopefully we have it waiting for them.
Student services endeavours to return named lost property as soon as possible, This is easier if belongings are labelled.
Reminder to parents and caregivers: Allied Health appointments during school hours
We would like to remind families about the process for Allied Health appointments that take place during school hours. These appointments are held in the public library space. Allied health practitioners should liaise with the public library staff to arrange the availability of time and space for bookings.
For our records, please email APHS.StudentReception762@schools.sa.edu.au or text the absence line 0429 558 004 with the day, time and frequency of the appointments.
Additionally, please remind your child to sign out at student services before their appointment and to sign in again upon completion before returning to class.

School canteen - Rory’s School Lunches
Our school canteen, currently outsourced to Rory’s School Lunches, has a variety of healthy and delicious meal options available to our students.
The 2025 canteen menu includes fresh salads, sandwiches, hot meals, and snacks, all prepared with the highest quality ingredients to ensure nutritious choices for everyone.
Listed items have dietary indicators to assist when making choices.
Online ordering:
- lunch orders need to be placed on the Qkr! app by 8.00am
- details on how to download and use the app can be found on the 2025 canteen menu
- orders will be made and filled ready for students to pick up at lunch time
- specific dietary requirements such as coeliacs
Forgot to order lunch? That’s ok as an assortment of options are available from within the canteen during recess and lunch times
We encourage all students to take advantage of the convenient online ordering system to save time and ensure their favourite meals are reserved.
