Electives Wrap

Our Elective Program finished up last Friday and judging by feedback from students and staff it was a huge success.

Thank you to all staff for the sharing of their talents and to all children for the way they engaged in the program. Plans are well underway for next year.

School Closure Days

Please be reminded that tomorrow, Friday 3rd November and Monday 6th November are School Closure Days: Staff Professional Development Days and students do NOT attend school. With Tuesday 7th November being a public holiday (Melbourne Cup day) it makes next week a very short week.

Fees and Levies 2024

Thank you to all families who are up-to-date with Fee and Levy payments for 2023. Unless you have organised a payment plan, all fees and levies should have been settled by the end of Term 3.

As of today, we still have $67,366 owing.

Families still in arrears will be sent an up-to-date Fee and Levy Statement today and, in fairness to all, we would appreciate accounts to be promptly settled.

To assist families in budgeting for next year please find our Fee and Levy Structure for 2024 detailed below, composed in conjunction with our business manager in line with MACS policies :

Family Fee: $1575.00

Term 1 Instalment: $525 due by 28th March 2024
Term 2 Instalment: $525 due by 28th June 2024
Term 3 Instalment: $525 due by 20th September 2024

Curriculum Levy: $560

Payable before 29th February 2024

Capital Levy: $120

Payable by 28th June 2024

Facebook Promotion

This year we had to create a whole new Facebook page as our old one (while still viewable) locked us out of our account.

Since then not all of our followers have re-followed our new page.

So as a little incentive to increase our audience, all our followers will automatically go into the draw to win a $50 Fee credit. That's right... we will be giving away a $50 Fee Credit to one of our lucky followers.

Timetable

To facilitate our Swimming Program there will be timetable changes next week. For your reference, an abridged Week 6 program is detailed below:

PFA Meeting

Our next PFA meeting will be held on Tuesday 14th November at 6:30 pm with the main focus of the agenda being our end-of-year picnic celebrations. Hope to see you there.
