Mother’s Day Message

This week, our school community came together in a spirit of love and gratitude to honour the incredible mothers, grandmothers, carers, and mother figures who nurture and guide with such strength and grace. Our Mother’s Day Liturgy was a beautiful celebration—filled with heartfelt prayers, meaningful reflections, and shared moments that reminded us of the deep bonds that connect us.

It was truly special to witness students and families create lasting memories together, honouring the women who play such pivotal roles in their lives.

As we reflect on the importance of these relationships, we are reminded of the words from Proverbs 31:25: “She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come.” This verse speaks to the resilience, grace, and unwavering love that so many women in our community embody each and every day.

To all mothers and mother figures—thank you. Your love is a gift, your presence a blessing, and your example an inspiration. We hope you enjoyed a wonderful Mothers Day and thank you for your continued engagement with us at our college liturgies.

ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIPS ON OFFER AT CCC

In 2026 we will be offering a number of Academic Scholarships to students studying the HSC at CCC. I will be sharing information about this to students at the Year 10 meeting in the coming week, and also to you as parents/carers at the upcoming  Year 11 2026 Information Evening on 3rd June 5pm-6:15pm. This is an exciting opportunity and is open to all students who have a strong academic ability and are contributing positively to the spirit and life of the college. There will be both full fee scholarships and partial fee scholarships on offer to Year 11 2026 students at CCC. What a wonderful opportunity for our Chisholm girls!

May God bless you and keep you in the palm of his hand as you journey through life.
