Team Leader's Message

Term 2

Secondary 11/12 students have had a great and busy semester completing their integrated unit projects, VET courses and Work Related Skills Programs. 

Year 11 students have commenced Presentation Ball Preparation. We have had a successful dress try on session, suits have been selected, vest colours were voted on and measurements taken. The students have done a fantastic job with the dance practices thus far. It's going to be an amazing night!  

The students  have also been working hard on their Personal Develop unit, Social Issues. This has been a great opportunity for students to work in small groups to research an issue that's important to them. They will finalise this unit with a presentation to report on their findings to the Secondary 9/10 students. 

Year 12 students have been working hard on their Life Hacks and Savvy Savings unit as part of their Integrated Unit. Students did a fantastic job of researching, planning and implementing a Ready Steady Cook challenge. This involved presenting a prepared meal to the Principal Team, the students received feedback on their team work, organisation, communication and meal preparation skills.
