Friendology at HEPS
With the help of our Mental Health and Wellbeing Leader, Level 5 students have been planning and teaching a Friendology lesson to our Level 1 students. These students displayed terrific leadership and agency in their own learning. Students were taught new skills on how to make a new friend.
- Be a super introducer. Introduce yourself by saying your name and hello.
- Ask and Pass...Ask a question and pass it on for the other person to answer.
- Be an inviter. Don't wait to be invited... do the inviting yourself. Invite your friend to play a game or join in with others. Repeat this with the same person on a different day.
