RSC Cap Policy

RSC Cap Policy

Please review the information below carefully and be sure to inform your swimmer:

During training

All swimmers in all squads need to wear a purple RSC cap for training. This allows coaches to be able to easily identify RSC swimmers during training and also shows unity as a team, with a sea of purple caps moving through the pool each day. This is a great way for people to be able to identify RSC.

For swimmers that have a silver State cap and/or black National cap – these caps cannot be worn during training. There may be times in the weeks leading up to state championship events that your coach will allow you to wear these caps, however you will be notified when this is permitted. Unless you have been told otherwise, please wear your purple cap.

At Swim Meets

Purple caps must be worn at all regular/qualifying swim meets during the season. Silver State caps and/or black National caps can only be worn at State Championship events.

If your swimmer doesn't have a purple RSC cap, please come by the clubroom to purchase one at any time. Caps are $15, which can be paid by bank transfer, or EFTPOS.
