Welcome back to a new school year.  It has been wonderful to see all the smiling faces of our children return to school keen to learn.  Also, a big warm welcome to our new students and families.

Communication

At Gundy State there are many ways of contacting the school:  email, phone call, responding to absentee text sent from school, attending Parent/Teacher interviews when offered, following the school FB page, following the P and C FB page, visiting the office or sending a note with your child.  A staff member will always respond as soon as they are available.

Every Day Counts

Our 2024 school attendance goal is 92%.  If your child will be absent from school please ring the school, 46 777333, and follow the prompts to leave your message, this is a 24 hour line.  You do not have to wait until the office opens each morning.  If you child is away for some reason or looking for a little extra 'school work' at times please access the learning@home site.  This is a government site created during COVID and is available to the whole community.
