Foundation News…

Today the Foundation students participated in an Incursion called 'First Day Jitters'. As the students are navigating their way through the transition from Kinder to Primary School, there are many new 'firsts'. Students are learning how to find new friends, understand school rules and expectations, as well as understanding and responding to the many feelings they have in an appropriate way. 

First day Jitters perform a story about 'Seal'. Read below to hear about Seals adventures starting school.

Seal is the new kid at Wild Primary and it’s her first day learning how to fit into her new environment. Seal wants to make friends with the other animals but it seems like everything she does is going wrong! Seal is feeling very sad until the kind turtles decide to help her communicate with the other animals about how they can work and play together.
