COMPASS COURSE CONFIRMATIONS/SCHOOL PAYMENTS

 

A very big thank you to all families and students who have completed the School Agreements and Permissions on Compass.

 

For the 30% of our school community who are yet to finalise these, please do so by Monday 19th February 2024.

 

As a reminder of the details and instructions, they are posted for your reference below.

 

In your News Feed on Compass you will see a heading Course Confirmations/School Payments. 

 

Please click on this link to proceed. 

 

This will take you to a module, which is required to be completed for all 2024 enrolled students. This is an annual process, providing us with valuable information in a digital format, linked directly to your students records on Compass. This replaces the paper forms you may have signed in the past. 

 

The sections you will see are; 

 

Agreements – these are compulsory acknowledgements of the BHS policies;

  • Digital Technologies Acceptable Use Agreement
  • Mobile Phone Use
  • Student Uniform Policy

Permission Questions – an opportunity to notify us of your preference;

  • Publicity permission
  • Local Ballarat excursion permission
