What does being a School Captain mean to you?

To me, being a School Captain is representing ENPS and being part of the changes that would help students enjoy their school years and make them feel brave, bold and connected within the school community.

Why are you proud to be a student of ENPS?

I am proud to be a student at ENPS because all the staff and students are caring and encouraging towards one another.

What are some ways you like to express kindness to others?

I like to make my peers feel comfortable around me, and I guess that makes them feel confident to share their issues or problems with me. I always make sure they know that I am looking out for them and that they can trust me. My preferred ‘everyday acts of kindness’ includes holding the door for someone, complimenting someone for their good work or making them smile.

What’s something that you can’t wait to do?

I really want to try learning a new language!

What are some of the most important ways in that you like to take action?

I would try to do my best to make sure every student feel safe, happy and connected, whether that means taking action on specific issues, introducing new rules, or thinking outside the box to shake up things.
