Year 12 Camp

Last week, the Year 12s went away to Melbourne to work on setting up the year level for a positive start, setting goals and good study habits and visiting universities and other institutions. They also fitted in some fun activities to help gel the group together for the year. 

Inspired by our motivational session, our new house leaders worked together with their houses to brainstorm a common motto that would keep year 12 motivated and inspired to do their best this year.

They then voted on “Go one more” as a year group. This came out of discussions in the workshop of breaking down challenges and homework, etc, into smaller steps and just trying that little bit more each time to keep pushing themselves for success.

Hopefully our 12s are back refreshed and feeling motivated! It was a great trip and a huge thank you goes to the staff who attended, your help on the trip was invaluable.
