Next week is Canteen Fun Day! It will be held on Friday, 5 December. Orders will close at midnight on Sunday, 30 November. Please place your order early to avoid missing out on the special recess and lunch we will be preparing.

Things to note:

Fun Day is a high-volume orders day. For those with special requirements for their orders, please email canteen@chatswoodpublicpandc.org.au for follow-up. As preparations are primarily done by volunteers on the day, we kindly ask for parents' understanding if some special requirement orders are occasionally overlooked.

Frozen yoghurt flavour is watermelon and mango, please be mindful if your child is allergic to certain ingredients.

There is a no-refund policy on Fun Day, but you may collect your order at the canteen at your convenience on that day. Please email us, and we will set the order aside for you to collect. If there is no communication, we will keep milk and frozen yoghurt to be collected next time by your child; however, due to health issues, we must discard other orders.

Volunteering for Canteen Fun Day (4 & 5 December)

A big thank you to our frequent volunteers who have already signed up!

We still need three more volunteers for the BBQ station. If you can't commit to the whole session, that's absolutely fine, please indicate your availability on the volunteer sheets.

Additionally, we are looking for a few more helpers for prep work on Thursday, December 4th (the day before the Canteen Fun Day), as well as picking up the sausages from Mowbray Road nearby. This preparation is crucial for ensuring everything runs smoothly on Friday. Please come and lend a hand!
