Acting Primary Sub School Leader

Hi everyone!

It certainly has been a terrific year in the Primary Sub School.

Both Michelle and I have been truly honoured to oversee all 9 classrooms so that all students feel a sense of belonging, safe and ready to shine in their learning.

Thank you to all families for their ongoing partnership with the teaching teams to support the needs of their children day to day. This work is not always easy, and we appreciate your care and consideration as we manage any number of complexities along the way.

Of course, thank you to the primary staff for their care, throughfulness and team work to make the magic happen. Your dedication is to be greatly commended.

To all of our beloved students, please take care and use your voice to access what you need and connect with those around you as you enjoy your well-earned break.

ROOM 1

Students have enjoyed their year in Room 1 this year. We have loved spending time with George during Canine Comprehension giving him lots of treats. Students have been learning counting and identifying same and different as well as making graphs in Numeracy. We have continued to learn to communicate using visuals, verbal language and speech generating devices. We have had a busy year and have learned a lot.
