Student Wellbeing

A time to reflect with gratitude.
As we come to the end of another wonderful school year, it is the perfect time to reflect on all that we have shared and achieved together. Our school community has been a place filled with curiosity, kindness, empathy, and creativity. This year, we have shown what it means to be part of the SMCM community by supporting one another, celebrating each other’s successes, and working through challenges together. Across every year level, students have shown determination and pride in their learning.
Thank you to our students, families, and staff for the encouragement, patience, and teamwork that make our school a warm and welcoming place for children to learn and grow. From helping younger students in the playground to supporting classmates during group activities, our children have shown empathy, patience, and care. Throughout the year, we have seen friendships strengthen, challenges overcome, and a wonderful sense of community flourish.
Whether big or small, with dedication and effort, we encouraged each child to try again, to grow stronger, resilient, and more capable. We are so proud of how hard every child has worked and how bravely they tried new things.
As we prepare for the end of the school year, we wish all our families a Christmas filled with rest, laughter, and special memories with the people you love. Thank you for your continued support throughout the year. We look forward to another exciting year of learning and growing together in 2026.
