Junior School Update

JUNIOR SCHOOL UPDATE
Term 4, Week 9
Our Junior classes have had a healthy week with the ‘Life Ed Victoria’ incursion and the Australian Smile Group dental van visit.
Here are some highlights from the classes:
Prep L
- My favourite part was when Harold stuck his head out, and he was in his pyjamas! - Holly
- My favourite part was having a photo with Harold! - Felix
Prep N
- My favourite part was when Harold told us he was busy playing with his Barbie doll - Olimpia
- Harold was so funny and made me laugh so much - Finlay
Year 1MD
- My favourite part was meeting Harold the giraffe because he loves eating bananas - Louis W
- My favourite part was patting Harold the giraffe because he was so soft - Chessie
Year 1C
- My favourite part was learning about Healthy Harold because we learnt about different food groups - Scarlett
- My favourite part was when Healthy Harold was happy about winning 3rd place in the running race - Jaxsen
Year 2H
- The Life Ed Incursion was very interesting because we got to pat Harold - Harrison
- The Life Ed Incursion was educational because we got to learn about health - Hadriell
Year 2C
- I loved meeting Harold. It was so cool to see my brain! - Joey
- My favourite part was learning about the different food groups. I learned that vegetables are even healthier than fruit! - Grace C-S
As we approach the end of the year, our students are becoming tired. Please try to ensure your children are given lots of opportunities to rest and have a consistent bedtime, as this time of year can be exhausting for our little people.
I hope you enjoy the last two weeks of school. I am looking forward to a week of fabulous Christmas crafts next week with my art classes.
