Community Network

The Community Network had a terrific first meeting today with some lovely parents 'old and new' to the school. We welcomed in approximately 15 parents into our staff room where we sat and chatted for about an hour. 

We took some time to explain what the Community Network was about, such as:

- an opportunity to meet new people and make new connections,

- to be there for your child to help in the grade or at any events (they love seeing you)

- to help the whole school; students, teachers and wider community

Some of the events we have been involved in over the past few years were discussed. We have big days approaching which include: Harmony Day on the 20th of March and the Colour Run on the 21st of March. 

We then started organising our first event. See below for details:
