Call out for a Senior School BBQ coordinator/s

The P&F is seeking a volunteer or a mini team to organise two BBQs a year - for House Swimming (already done) and House Athletics (11 March).

These BBQs raise around $1,400 at each event, which goes towards P&F-funded projects. Students and parents also enjoy tasty food throughout the day. 

What does this coordinator role involve?

• Purchasing sausages, bread, water etc.  There is already a shopping list documented. 
• Setting up on the day.
• Welcoming helpers and showing them how things work.
• Collected baked goods from school to sell at the stall.

Past coordinators will be onsite and ready to help with the first event!

The P&F has an online form for parents/grandparents/friends to sign up and help out for an hour on the stall.
