Principal's Reports

Father's Day Breakfast:

Thank you to all of our Dads and Special Adults who were able to attend the bacon and egg breakfast. It was great to see so many families enjoying the morning. Also, thank you to our staff who supported this event by shopping, setting up, cooking, serving, supervising students and cleaning up.

Parents & Friends:

Thank you to the parents who organised the Father's Day stall. The students had a wonderful time shopping and selecting presents for their Dads/ Special Adults.

Parent/Carers Opinion Survey:

Last week we sent out a link on compass for parents and carers to be able to complete the Parents and Carers Opinion Survey. The survey will take approximately 20 minutes. Please take the time to provide your feedback. This feedback helps inform future decisions and plans for the school.

Classroom Entry Procedures:

This term we have been working with an inclusion coach to further develop our procedures and routines to support a calm and orderly environment. We have had a particular focus on our lining up in roll order at the end of recess and lunch and entering the classroom in an orderly manner to maximise our learning time. Grade 1/2 Murphy have a target to be settled for learning within 2 minutes of entering the classroom. I was most impressed after recess today to see that they were all settled and ready to do their learning in under 1 minute.
