Parish Finance Committee Report

Below is a summary of the August Meeting.

Still researching electronic tap points. Parishioner feedback welcomed.
Close co-operation and regular combined meetings together with the Parish Pastoral Council
Co-ordinated community meeting on the future of the St Sebastian’s Church at Merrigum
Bulletin advertising set up and ongoing. Welcome new advertisers.
Parish Administrator – Vicki Arnel appointed and settled in
St Patrick’s Tongala - Working bee to start repairs to doors and gutter cleaning
St Augustine's Kyabram Church - replacement of energy efficient globes
Replacement of door locks to OLOP - OH&S standards and fire safety requirements
OLOP garden area working bee
Storm water pipe clearances
St Sebastian’s Merrigum working bees to clear garden area

New Appointment

In consultation with the PPC, PFC and Chancery, Mary Zobec has been appointed as Parish Pastoral Assistant, in a volunteer role for 16 hours a week. We thank Mary for her commitment and support of our parish.
