Performing Arts

Our Instrumental Music students have been busy commencing lessons with our new guitar tutor - Gabe Chowanetz.

Gabe still has some availability in his timetable to learn guitar and Sarah Wheelhouse also has availability if you would like to learn singing. Please email Mrs Shannon if you would like to be part of the Instrumental Music Program.

Our Years 3/4 students have been busy in the classroom learning a two part accompaniment on the xylophones to the song The Wild Colonial Boy during our exploration of Australian Folk Music - in our Sing and Play unit of work. This was a challenging undertaking and required lots of patience and resilience to learn both parts and be able to put them together. We have included a video below - aren’t they sounding great!!
