Dear Lord 

Open our ears to hear what you are saying in the things that happen to us and in the people we meet, to listen to their hopes and dreams , the joys and sorrows.

Open our eyes to see the needs of the people around us, to see in the smallest, the weakest, the lonely, in those who battle daily.
