The Great Book Swap this Saturday!

ParentZone Gippsland

Parentzone Gippsland is pleased to share with you a new program we have commencing this term. It is called “Let’s talk about Parenting” and is designed to strengthen communication between parents and children, for parents to understand their child’s behaviours and what the root causes are and for parents to understand and learn how to stay connected with their child.

This is a 5  week online program, it is part of our parents building solutions package and is an interactive program where parents are encouraged to share and contribute, these sessions are not recorded for privacy reasons and the best part – they are completely FREE.

For registration, just scan the QR code on the flyer below or enter the MS forms link into your internet browser.

Comic Club@ San Remo Library

After A LOT of great enthusiasm from our local young people, San Remo Library will be running Comic Club once again during term 3 on Tuesdays 4 - 5pm.

Comic Club is an after-school session that encourages primary age children and young people to get creative and connect with like-minded people, through the shared experience of exploring comic creation. At San Remo Library a safe, welcoming and casual space is provided for young creators to explore and create!

As the sessions unfold participants may explore character creation and development, comic (short and long), graphic novels, and plenty of sketching and writing.

Participants are more than welcome to bring along any materials from home. We will also provide a range of materials and ideas.
