Performing Arts News

One week to go!  Our Little Popstars are gearing up for what is going to be a spectacular show! 

Just a reminder that performers need to be there by 6:30pm to make sure everyone is accounted for and warmed up ready for a 7pm start.  Doors open from 6pm. Parents please ensure you are spotted by a teacher at the end of the performance so we know everyone was picked up and able to get home safely.

Choir, Rockband and Dance Club are performing so need to meet Mr King at the Stadium at 6:30pm with the other performers and attend all rehearsals in coming days.

We will have a few whole group rehearsals next week to finalise some of the details. Tuesday 5th Lunchtime we will have a technical rehearsal (top and tail), Wednesday 6th Recess and half of Lunch, full Dress Rehearsal and then Thursday 7th will be the performance.

Please be aware that there is an enormous amount of flu around at the moment and the school has been particularly hard-hit, with many staff off sick.

If your child is showing any cold or flu symptoms, please keep them at home to help stop infections spreading.  Children presenting at sickbay with cold/flu symptoms will be sent home.
