Junior School Public Speaking Competition

During Week 5, Year 1 participated in the Junior School Public Speaking Competition. The topic ‘The best day of my life’ was a popular choice, humour was a crowd favourite and some children even experimented with hand gestures and props. All the children presented a number of strong arguments to support their presentations. As expected, there were a few nerves, but everyone was very supportive of their peers and did a fabulous job. We were very proud of everyone’s efforts and that everyone participated in this rewarding experience!
