Buon viaggio! 

Energy levels are peaking this week as we make the final additions to our suitcases, request our favourite Aussie meals for dinner, and make sure we've got everything sorted and organised for our 3 week adventure in Italy! Tomorrow we'll hug our families and friends goodbye and set off on the most exciting experience we could ever imagine. We can't wait to try authentic Italian pizza, pasta, and gelato, witness first-hand the incredible sights in iconic cities, and appreciate the rich history and culture of the Bel Paese. Ci vediamo all'aeroporto... and don't forget your passport!
