Interschool Equestrian

Congratulations to two Maffra Secondary College students who have been selected in the Victorian Equestrian team to compete at the Australian Interschool Equestrian Championships in September. 

Xanthe Wade, Year 11, competed at the VEIS Grand Final Showjumping event held at Werribee Park on the weekend, finishing as the Overall Series Reserve Champion in the Senior Progressive Showjumping level. 

Chelsie Hanna, Year 9, competed in the Secondary 80cm Combined Training and Show Horse at VEIS Championships held in April.

Maffra Secondary College finished 16th on the Victorian school leaderboard.

We wish Xanthe and Chelsie every success as they prepare to represent Victoria and Maffra Secondary College at the National Championships later this year.
