What’s been happening at DASH!

We had lots of fun and adventures in the Autumn school holiday program. Children learnt a lot about caring for animals with a visit from Grubby boots farm. We had great outdoor fun building huts, riding Billy carts, negotiating obstacle courses and scaling rock walls during an excursion to Paxhill scout camp. During the two weeks children also made a variety of creative crafts and constructions. 

This week we have been looking at the changes Autumn brings and have been using water colours to create leaves in different stages of their Autumn transition. We have also been talking about ANZAC Day and have made soldier silhouette paintings and poppy flowers.
