Term 2 P&F Events

Welcome back to Term 2. We are looking forward to some exciting community engagement this term and we are kicking things off with a celebration. 

Mother’s Day Breakfast: You're Invited….

To make sure this celebration is extra special, we seek some additional helpers from our amazing school community. We're looking for volunteers to join our team for a fun-filled morning hosting our Mother's Day Breakfast!

We need your help with:

• Food preparation

• Setting up tables and decorations + Pack up

• Preparing serving areas and serving delicious breakfast

No experience necessary, just a love for mums (and maybe breakfast)!

Help us make Mum's Day extra sweet!

Why not share your baking talents and help create a delicious spread for our Mother's Day Breakfast!

Here's how you can be a baking hero:

• Whip up your famous muffins, cake, slice, cookies, or scrumptious scones (or anything else that screams "Happy Mother's Day!")

• Drop off your baked goods at the breakfast on Wednesday 8th May at 7:50am, in the staff room.

Please remember food allergies when preparing your delicious treats.

Mother’s Day Craft Activity

We’re planning a fun, creative activity for mums to come into the classroom on Wednesday 8th May and make with their children for Mother’s Day - see the Compass Event for more details. We need some volunteers to prepare materials first. 

- Separating & packing materials for each class on Thursday 2nd May.

- ⁠Final distribution of materials & delivering to classrooms Tuesday 7th May.

- ⁠We may also need some help after the event to finalise items before being sent home (to be advised).

Madeline & Evian will be coordinating and will be there to help allocate tasks (& share a laugh along the way!)

HAND KNITTING WORKSHOP

P&F Meeting Dates | Held at 9:00 am at school

Our next meeting will be Monday 22nd April @ 9am (don’t forget it's bring a buddy day!!)

Finalising Mother’s Day plans will be on the agenda, so any interested volunteers are encouraged to come along. As always though, Everyone is welcome.
