KGT, BUG HOTEL - Join us !

KGT is our student environmental action group led by the Grade 5 students and Environment Pillar leaders. You may have seen the stall at the Welcome Back BBQ.

KGT is scheduled for every Thursday after lunch - 2.30 - 3.30pm.

During this time the students care for the school animals, maintain garden beds, harvest produce, track waste and lost property and campaign for a better environment.

One project for this year is to 'upgrade' our BUG HOTEL, care for the native gardens,

If you have any spare plants, objects (made from only natural materials), sticks, pine cones etc. please leave them in the bucket at the flag pole for collection by the students.

We are very keen to hear from anyone in the school who would like to join with others in our community to support the growing of plants, care of the animals and tracking of data.

We will be working together to embrace ideas and act on initiatives that care for our school and our planet.
