CSEF INFORMATION

Dear Families,

The Department administers CSEF of $154 per student, to help eligible families (beneficiary of either a Centrelink Health Care Card or a Pensioner Concession Card) with the costs of camps, sporting activities and excursions.

Please see CSEF Form attached and return to school office if you are eligible. There is no need to submit a form if you have provided one previously. 

The CSEF form is only required once whilst your child attends MPS.
