P.E.

Yet another term jam packed with sporting successes from our students! We recently had the following students represent Oatlands in the Casey North Division Cross Country, Moksha 4SB, Sia 4AW, Vinuk 5BR, Jade 6JR and Levi 6HD. All of our students ran brilliantly against some extremely talented runners, with Sia, Vinuk and Levi all qualifying for Regionals, a huge congratulations to them! 

Levi in 6HD has been very busy, qualifying for  Regional Tennis and making it all the way to the semi finals, an amazing effort Levi!

Some year 5 and 6 students represented Oatlands in Hooptime competitions. We had 7 teams playing basketball, ranging in experience from Rookies, Future Stars to All Stars. All of our teams played extremely well, demonstrating fantastic sportsmanship and behaviour throughout the day. Future Stars Otters won their Grand Final, as well as the All Stars Girls and All Stars Boys winning in thrilling matches, coming down to the last second! These teams will now represent Oatlands in the next stage of Hooptime competition later in the year. 

Students from years 3 - 6 have been learning and revising Athletics events, ready for our Oatlands Athletics Carnival, which is on Monday July 15th (first day of Term 3) at Casey Fields. We are looking forward to a fantastic day.
