CONGRATULATIONS TO THE GIRLS SOCCER TEAM FOR BEING UNDEFEATED AND WINNING THE SSV COBURG DISTRICT FINAL WITH AN IMPRESSIVE SCORE OF 11 - 1
We are thrilled to announce that our girls' soccer team went undefeated all season and won the final match today with an amazing score of 11-1! The girls should be extremely proud of themselves for their outstanding play, behavior, and attitude. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job of representing our school and its values!

As the season comes to an end, we want to reflect on the amazing achievements of both the girls' and boys' soccer teams. We don’t want to just celebrate the wins, but the growth, friendship, and sportsmanship shown by all players.
We have played some exciting games, where we showed our resilience and determination. The boys' soccer team is also killing it with only one loss! Our unstoppable chemistry when we supported one another, and listened to each other, made us unstoppable! From Miss Ansons telling us to “GET THE REBOUND!” Bonnie and Ava’s hat tricks,, Ayisha, Serine, Saif, Zayd, Reid, Archie and Jalil being one away from a hat trick (more than once) to both keepers (Nof & Abdul) scoring goals, in back to back games, there is no better way to end the season.
Also thanks to Miss Ansons for her enthusiastic coaching, even though she has no soccer knowledge, she motivated and encouraged everyone, often telling us to "SHOOT IT!" and our favourite “DRIVE IT TO THE RING!”

The mixed footy team had an exciting and competitive inter-school sports season, finishing with an impressive record of 4 wins and 2 losses. Despite a tough loss in the first game, their determination and teamwork shone through as they won four of the next five matches, showcasing their skills and strong team spirit.
The fifth match presented another tough opponent, resulting in their second loss of the season. However, the team displayed remarkable resilience and sportsmanship throughout. They supported each other on and off the field, celebrating each goal and offering encouragement during challenging moments.
Beyond the scores and statistics, the season was also about building friendships and learning valuable life skills such as cooperation, leadership, and perseverance. One of the most memorable moments of the season was the final match, where the team ended on a high note with a big win. The players' hard work and dedication paid off, and their growth as a team was clear to see. We are proud of our mixed footy team for their effort, sportsmanship, and the how they represented our school. Congratulations on a fantastic season!
