YEAR 3 - 6 News

Scienceworks

The 3-6 students embarked on an electrifying adventure to Scienceworks, where they delved into the captivating world of forces and a fully charged visit to the Lightning Room! They watched simulated lightning bolts crackling overhead, illuminating the mysterious workings of electricity. Through interactive demonstrations and engaging discussions, they gained a deeper understanding of this awe-inspiring force of nature.

Cross Country Trials

On Wednesday the 1st of May our 3-6 students participated in our cross country trials at the reserve. We had a great day running in the sun and cheering for our houses. Special mention to Wattle who won our house competition on the day. Well done and congratulations to the selected students who will be representing WPS at District cross country on Friday the 17th of May.

Class 3A

3A students all possess wonderful artistic finesse and this was displayed once again in their drawings of Australian animals. Their attention to detail in their drawing and labelling demonstrates understanding and adds further information for the audience. Incredible talent!
